Facilities
There is a 90-minute time limit on walk-up use if others are waiting.
Reservations are subject to a 2-hour minimum and a 4-hour maximum per day. The required lead time for reservations is 14 days.
If field lights are needed, the Add-On Light Fee must be paid when a reservation is made.
Reservation requests greater than 4 hours must follow the Special Event approval process.
Note:
All park patrons must be familiar with the General Park Rules.

SEASONAL, RECURRING & TOURNAMENT RESERVATION PROCESS
The Town will accept, review and prioritize requests for organized groups two times per year.
SPRING-SUMMER
Requests will be accepted beginning December 1st each year for reservations from March through August.
FALL-WINTER
Requests will be accepted beginning July 1st each year for reservations from September through February of the following calendar year.
PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO:
* Reservations and Events from the previous year.
* Organizations and Programs receiving outside agency funding from the Town.
* Recognized Youth Sports Organizations.
* Residents and Organizations located in Mint Hill.
